Seeds of the Kingdom

  1. The definition that was given during Sunday morning of the word ‘seed’ was, “A seed is a living pattern, a genetically coded structure that under the right circumstances will reproduce its parent, with unity in diversity.”

How are you using the seeds God has blessed you with?

  2. How do you/would you apply Matthew 6:33 in your life?

  3. Matthew 6:33, “But seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”

Read this passage and share with your group how you have laid up treasures in Heaven.

  4. Matthew 6:19-21

“Do not lay up (seeding) for yourselves treasures on Earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up (seeding) for yourselves treasures in Heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”

Pastor Paul laid out a process of what we do with our seed and poses a question for each area.

Which area challenges you the most and why?

Preparing – Is your heart prepared?

Planting – Where is your seed going?

Producing – If you don’t see results, are you willing to start seeding for results?

Reproducing – If you have given and God has brought you abundance, are you planning on reseeding?

  5. What was your biggest takeaway from Sunday’s message?
